Another reason I want to lose weight, all this weight isn’t good for my bones! My family is known for having bad knees and I’m going to break that. I want strong knees and I want my bones to not have so much fat weighing them down.
This frightens me for health reasons. It also saddens me, though, to read all the negative comments. I mean, really? Yeah, let’s have this picture that speaks for itself on its own, but let’s add hateful “fatty” comments while we’re at it.
